About the Group of Companies
The main activity of the companies is the wholesale purchase and sale of petroleum products, including liquefied petroleum gas (hereinafter – LPG), in the markets of Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, and Central Asian countries.
The average annual volumes over the past 5 years have amounted to about 250,000 tons per year. The companies sell LPG and other petroleum products produced by:
- "Zhaikmunai" LLP
- "Tengizchevroil" LLP
- "CNPC-Aktobemunaigas" JSC
- "PetroKazakhstan Oil Products" LLP
- "Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant" LLP and others.
We have established reliable relationships with the owners of:
- Marine terminals in the Azov-Black Sea basin, allowing us to make direct deliveries of petroleum products and LPG to end consumers in the Black and Mediterranean Sea regions.
- Gas filling stations and LPG retail networks in Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, and Central Asia (Moldova, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan etc.).
We have the capability to ensure the required volume of rolling stock in cooperation with the largest rolling stock owners/forwarding organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan:

Spectr Holding» LLP is the holding company of the group, coordinating the activities of its subsidiaries.

«Spectr Trading» OU is a company primarily operating in the markets of Eastern Europe and the Baltic States.
The annual volume of petroleum products handled by Spectr Trading is approximately 250,000 tons.
The company is among the top ten largest trading companies in Eastern Europe.
The rating agency AS "Creditinfo Eesti" assigned Spectr Trading a AAA (EXCELLENT) credit rating for 2020, and in 2022 the company received an AA (VERY GOOD) rating.
The sale of petroleum products in the Central Asian markets is within the scope of «Spectr Asia» LLC.
The creation of Spectr Asia was driven by the need to strengthen its presence in Central Asian markets.
The company's main resource base consists of oil and gas processing facilities in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
Currently, the main trading activities of Spectr Asia include:
- LPG supply to Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
- Fuel oil and diesel fuel supply to Uzbekistan.
Since its establishment in October 2018, the total supply volume of Spectr Asia has exceeded 150,000 tons.
Products
The Spectr Group of Companies is engaged in the wholesale supply of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from leading refineries in Kazakhstan. LPG is our core focus, and we ensure stable high-quality deliveries.
Additionally, we offer a wide range of petroleum products, including fuel oil, crude oil, and other fuels. Our expertise and established partnerships allow us to guarantee reliability, competitive conditions, and prompt deliveries for our clients.
Currently, the main petroleum product sold is liquefied hydrocarbon gas fuel – LPG of PBT grade.
The quality of LPG complies with GOST R 52087-2003 “Liquefied Hydrocarbon Gases for Fuel. Technical Requirements.” The quality compliance of LPG is confirmed by quality certificates issued by refinery laboratories.
LPG is supplied under Incoterms 2020 terms:
- CIF (marine/river port)
- CPT (station of marine/river port)
- FOB (port of loading)
- DAP (station of the last border crossing of the destination country)
Shipments are made on a 100% prepayment basis.
